Terms of Service

Pricing. Every job is priced by Rebecca by phone or on site based on the number of windows, stories and services requested. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Payment. Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept card, Apple Pay, ACH and check.

Cancellations. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment by phone or text. Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may be charged a $49 trip fee.

Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any window, tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean it free. Exterior glass is covered by our 7-day Warrior Rain Guarantee.

Access and safety. Please unlock gates, secure pets and clear window sills before we arrive. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, failed seals (fogged double panes) or damage from defective screens and frames; we'll point these out before we start.
