Everything people ask us
Who answers when I call?
Rebecca. Every call to (904) 315-7927 goes straight to her, any time of day — no call center, no phone tree, no AI assistant. She'll ask a few questions about your home, give you a straight answer on price, and get you on the schedule.
How much does window cleaning cost in Jacksonville?
It depends on how many windows you have, whether you want inside and out, and how many stories. Rebecca will give you a clear price on the phone — no games, no surprises — and the price she quotes is the price you pay.
What happens after I call?
Rebecca sets everything up and walks you through the whole process: what we'll clean, when we'll be there, and what to expect on the day. We text you before we arrive, do the work, and you pay when it's done and you've looked at the windows.
How often should windows be cleaned near the beach?
Oceanfront and Intracoastal homes in Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra get salt film every few weeks. We recommend exterior cleaning every 2–3 months at the beach and every 3–6 months inland. Ask Rebecca about a maintenance schedule so you never have to think about it.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes. Choose exterior-only, interior-only, or full inside-and-out. We move small items, use drop cloths inside and wipe sills and frames as we go.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Screens are wiped on every exterior clean. Full screen washing and track detailing are add-ons — just mention them when you call.
Can you reach second-story and tall foyer windows?
Yes. We use water-fed pure-water poles for exterior glass up to three stories and ladders rated for interior foyers and stairwells. No streaks, no ladder marks on your stucco.
What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
Clean rain doesn't spot clean glass. If a storm leaves your windows dirty within 7 days, text us a photo and we'll come back and touch up the exterior at no charge. That's our Warrior Rain Guarantee.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Window Washing Warriors is a locally owned, fully insured window cleaning company based in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Every crew member is trained and background-checked.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only cleaning — just unlock gates and we'll text you before and after. For interior cleaning someone needs to let us in.
What areas do you serve?
Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns, Mandarin, Orange Park, Fleming Island and St. Augustine.
